Thank you so much for checking out my works! Below is a list of some finished & work-in-progress writings with a bit of context with each link. The top section is fiction, the bottom section is non-fiction/formal. Enjoy!Fiction & Creative Writing SamplesThe Opposite, a short story: click here!
The Opposite is my current magnum opus. It's a story taken from the middle of the plot of my WIP novel The Kibitzer and it's a perfect example of how I try to capture character, action, worldbuilding, theme, emotion, mood, and tone... all in one! It's also my most recent addition to this list, to give you the most updated example of my works possible.
Counterweight, a short story: click here!
I'm as proud and happy with Counterweight as I am with The Opposite. It's a short, "demo" story that acts as the prologue to my novel, Vesper, while also serving as a way for me to "beta test" the characters, setting, writing/dialogue style, etc. It's also a great example of my overall creative writing abilities, all found within one document. I really hope you enjoy it!
Vesper, a WIP novel: click here!
This is my current biggest/main project. It's currently pretty new, and a majority of the content so far is actually just Counterweight as a prologue - it's very far from being completed. I write sections in other Google Docs and then upload in bulk. I thought this would be great to include even if it's not finished because it gives you a look at my rougher writing processes - how everything gets formed and shaped to become something great.
A full-of-spoilers explanation of the plot and characters of Vesper: click here!
Want to see my plotting abilities raw, outside of a fully written piece? Look no further! This is actually a Slides presentation I made for a class that I ended up putting a lot of work into and being super proud of. This presentation will give you an in-depth look at my plot-related skills!
An Overview of Elysium: click here!
Leaving the sci-fi world of Vesper and entering the fantasy world of Aciera, this piece isn't actually a narrative piece, but an out-of-character overview of two of my stories that take place in a world called Elysium (Hell's Las Vegas, basically). Want to see more diverse plotting skills, intense worldbuilding abilities, and badass character profiles? Look no further.
Vortex/Three Guns: click here!
This is a set of two very short short-stories, the latter of which is actually incomplete. I do hope to finish it soon, though my focus is on Vesper. However, I still included this set because I'm incredibly proud of my descriptive writing within them both of setting and experiences. This is also a great example of my abilities within character development, dialogue, and interactions.
Discotheque: click here!
Back in the Vesper universe, I've included Discotheque for similar reasons I've included Vortex/Three Guns. Though it's a bit short and outdated in terms of the Vesper lore, I've never nailed dialogue perfectly quite like I have in Discotheque. It's very fluid, realistic, and funny, while also capturing the essense of each character speaking.

Curious what my academic/non-creative writing looks like? Here you go! Rest assured, I'm a studious college student, so I write formal, informative, non-fiction writing very consistently, efficiently, and with excellence, especially with my experience with working at my college's Writing Center!
• Another good place to find some of my content is the "Stories" tab up on the top of this webpage. It will take you to a page that features an overview/synopsis of every one of my novel ideas, including the ones involving the works featured here (Vesper, the Elysium stories, and Iron Sharpens Iron).• Along with the Stories tab, my ToyHouse, also a button above, is a giant collection of all of my characters. Though it's messy and unorganized by nature of the website, you can activate the "main" tag on my "characters" page to see the more organized, better-prepared characters.
